How To Make Hot Ice

1. You'll need sodium acetate (available online), water, and a pot.

2. Put water in a pot on the stove and turn it on high.

3. When it's near boiling, dissolve the sodium acetate in it until no more is able to be absorbed.

4. While it's on the stove, you have to stir constantly.

5. After all of the sodium acetate is dissolved, pour the mixture into a glass. Make sure anything that hasn't dissolved stays in the pot.

6. Put the glass in the fridge to cool down.

7. Once cool, pour it into a tray.

8. Touch it with the tip of your finger and watch it transform into ice!

I picked this video because not only does it demonstratehow to make hot ice, it shows you different things you can do with it. They show it being poured into sculptures. It's also very straight forward and they are easy steps to follow.
